When my 13-year-old son, Zayden, first joined the Grizzlies, he wasn’t sure of his interests or where he fit in as a player. He was uncertain about his abilities and hesitant to step out of his comfort zone. But over time, through the encouragement, structure, and positive environment created by the coaches and the organization, I watched him transform into a confident, hardworking, and dedicated team player.

The coaching staff has been exceptional—not only focusing on developing the players’ athletic skills, but also on building their confidence, teamwork, and sportsmanship. They push the players to be their best while making sure they know they’re supported every step of the way.

Zayden’s growth with the Grizzlies has been remarkable. He’s developed strong discipline, resilience, and leadership both on and off the court. As a parent, it’s been rewarding to watch him take pride in his progress and truly enjoy the game.

The Grizzlies organization fosters an atmosphere of respect, commitment, and growth that extends beyond basketball. I’m truly grateful for the positive impact this team has had on my son’s development as both a player and a young man.
